Lasagna with feta cheese salad

Ingredients
4-6 port
400 g ground beef
2 yellow onions
2 cloves garlic
Arla butter
1 can of chopped tomatoes, about 400 g
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons oregano, basil, thyme
1 pinch black pepper
1 vegetable stock cube
9 lasagna

cheese sauce:
3 tablespoons flour
7 cups Arla Ko Milk
3 cups Arla Kitchen grated cheese gratin
1 / 2 teaspoon salt

Do this
Preheat the oven to 225 °. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Add the mince and fry, stirring occasionallyso that it crumbles. Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, pepper and stock cube. Let the sauce cook for about 5 min. Whisk the flour in half the milk in a saucepan. Pour in remaining milk and bring to the boil during whisking. Let the sauce cook for about 3 min. Stir in 2 1 / 2 cup of the cheese and season with salt. Layer the meat sauce, cheese sauce and lasagna in a greased oven-proof form. Finish withsauce. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in bottom of oven about 30 minutes.
